In order for us to give you the best estimate please be prepared to answer the following questions.

• What type of flooring do you have?
• What type of business is this (helps us determine the traffic pattern)?
• What hours are you closed? How many square feet do you have? (VCT is generally 12')
• Will anyone be working at the facility while we are there?
• Does the facilty have an AC/Heat System to accurately dry the floor finish?

Questions that you might have for us:

• How do you figure square footage? Lengths times Width or 20 feet long and 10 feet wide=200 square feet
• How far are you willing to travel to service a floor?  We work within a 150 mile radius of San Marcos which includes as far north as Temple,TX,  far east as Columbus, TX and as far south as Victoria, TX, and as far west as Junction, TX
• What hours do you work?  Due to late night work our hours are generally from around 11am until  around 1am in the morning
• What days of the week do you work? 7 days
• Can we lock you into the facility? Yes, as long as you let us out  when we are done
• Do you move furniture or fixtures?  We include minimal furniture (some light items that one person can move in a few minutes) and we can include moving anything that it takes two people to move for a minimal charge.  We do not disassemble anything nor do we move or unhook electrical equipment.
• Does the process create fumes? The propane buffer creates a non-toxic smell and the cleaning and waxing creates a strong non-toxic chemical smell.  Paste waxing creates minor fumes that require venting.
