 I would like to thank all of our customers for being so friendly.  Even though I know most of you only by phone it makes my day to hear from you even if it is only a couple of times a year!  As most of you know, we are a service company specializing in floor cleaning, waxing, refinishing as well as carpet cleaning.  We only do commercial accounts and have been servicing Austin/San Marcos/ New Braunfels/ San Antonio and the surrounding areas since 1987.  We try to provide the best service possible.  If the job is not done right the first time we will return to make it right.

Our Business

The business was begun in 1987 as a cleaning company which included janitorial services, carpet cleaning, and floor maintenance.  Then in the mid-1990's the focus turned to specializing only in floor maintanance.
